Seamless Refund/Replacement Guarantee: Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you experience any dissatisfaction due to errors in our printing process or any mishaps under our responsibility, rest assured, we’re committed to making it right with a hassle-free refund or replacement process.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect, missing, or damaged.
- Please report any shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- In cases of incorrect, missing, or damaged items, we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Process:
- Request Cancellation: Change your mind? You can request an order cancellation by sending an email to support@dtfimagings.com.
- Time-Sensitive: Regular orders must be canceled within 1 hour, and overnight delivery orders within 30 minutes of placement. Late cancellation requests can’t be accepted as the order will have already been processed. Out of business hours cancellation requests can’t be accepted as the order will be automatically processed.
Refund Process:

- Inspection & Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting your return (or reviewing provided images), we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

- Check Again: Revisit your bank account.
- Inquire Further: Contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be a processing delay.
Return / Replacement Information for Blank Apparel
- We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been printed, washed, or decorated. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them.
- Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location. We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.
- Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- All returned or refused shipments are subject to a restocking charge of 20%, plus both outbound and return freight costs. We do not provide cash refunds.
- If we did not process your order correctly, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
- We offer a replacement option if the items received in your original order are incorrect, missing, or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate an order for the same items as your original order. Please note, we cannot accommodate any style, color, or size exchanges via a replacement order.
